General terms and conditions of sale

The present document (General Sales Conditions) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, persons making a purchase via the SKYINNOV Internet Site, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer” and, on the other hand, the company EURL Aeromapping Solutions, hereinafter referred to as “SKYINNOV”.



These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website of SKYINNOV.

Any order placed on the website implies that the Customer has read and understood these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and agrees to their entire content.

SKYINNOV reserves the right to adapt or modify the present general conditions of sale. Only the general conditions of sale in force at the time of the order will then be applicable.



2.1 Orders can be placed on the website

2.2 French is the only language offered for the conclusion of the sales contract.

2.3 The characteristics of the products are indicated on each product page. The photographs as well as the descriptive elements of the products, do not enter the contractual field, if these elements contain errors, in no case the responsibility of SKYINNOV could be committed. SKYINNOV may at any time update and modify its product characteristics and withdraw its products from sale.

2.4 In case of unavailability of a product, SKYINNOV will contact the Customer as soon as possible. The latter will then be informed of the time required to make the product available. If the Customer does not wish to wait for this availability or if the product is definitively unavailable and if the order has been paid for, SKYINNOV undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 30 days following the date of payment by the Customer.

2.5 Any order placed on requires the creation of a Customer Account. Access to the Customer Account is via the username and password indicated when the Customer Account was created. SKYINNOV shall not be held responsible for any action performed via or on your Customer Account by a third party to whom you have communicated your credentials or who has had access to your credentials or your Customer Account as a result of a fault or negligence attributable to you.

2.6 The click on the button “ORDER”, validate the order. This action is equivalent to an “electronic signature” and a handwritten signature. They constitute an irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the order and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Customer. The data recorded by the Site on the Internet constitute the proof of all transactions between SKYINNOV and its customers.

2.7 The Customer order number is given as an indication and does not correspond in any case to the invoice number. The invoice is sent to the customer by email. The Customer is strongly advised to keep this invoice.

2.8 The order placed on may be automatically cancelled if payment is not received. This cancellation period is extended to 5 days in case of payment by bank transfer. SKYINNOV reserves the right not to validate your order for any legitimate reason, especially in the event that it does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale or in the event that several serious and concordant elements give rise to a suspicion of fraud on your order.

2.9 The customer can cancel his order as long as it is not transmitted to the logistic services, the transmission to the logistic services corresponds to the sending of the email “Your order on Skyinnov is now complete”. When the order is prepared, the cancellation can only be done by refusal of the Customer during the presentation of the parcel. Concerning the professionals, no unilateral cancellation of order of their parts will be accepted without the preliminary agreement of SKYINNOV.

2.10 The information communicated by the Customer when placing the order (in particular name and delivery address) is binding. Thus, the responsibility of SKYINNOV could not in any way be committed in the event that an error during the placing of the order would cause a delay or a prevention of the delivery.

2.11 The Customer has the possibility to order a product not yet available for delivery, this is indicated on the product sheet as a “pre-order” product. The customer pays the sale price and will be delivered from the date indicated on the product sheet. The product is reserved in the name of the Customer while waiting for delivery.

2.12 The company SKYINNOV undertakes not to store credit card data on the website.


3.1 All prices of products and services offered for sale on the site  are expressed in euros and do not include shipping costs. They are likely to vary in the event of a change in the VAT rate.

3.2 SKYINNOV reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time of the recording of the order subject to the availability of the products at this date.

3.3 The ordered products remain the property of SKYINNOV until full and complete payment is received. However, as of the receipt of the order by the Customer or his representative, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the Customer.

3.4 The amount of the delivery costs is automatically calculated according to each order, it appears on the summary of your order, before its final recording.


4.1 The delivery is made by delivery to the address indicated on the order.

4.2 In the case of provision of the order to the Customer by our carriers, if the order is not claimed by the Customer, it will be returned to SKYINNOV, the costs of return being borne by the customer. This return causes the cancellation of the contract and the reimbursement of the sums paid by the Customer minus the return costs.

4.3 SKYINNOV disclaims all liability for late delivery in two main cases: the delay is related to a case of force majeure (L114-1 Code of consumption; art 15 LCEN), the delay is attributable to the buyer (art 15 LCEN).

4.4 SKYINNOV reserves the right to choose the carrier.


5.1 The Customer is obliged to check the conformity of the goods delivered before signing any delivery document. In case of anomaly, the Customer must indicate his reserves, followed by his signature, directly on the delivery document. In the event of a serious anomaly (damaged or open packaging, missing or damaged products), the Customer must refuse the package and specify on the delivery document the reasons for refusing to accept the package. This verification is considered to have been carried out when the Customer, or any person authorized to receive the package on his behalf, has signed the delivery document. The Customer must also confirm the reservations to SKYINNOV, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, within 3 working days following the receipt of the order. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted.

5.2 SKYINNOV undertakes to reimburse or exchange products that do not conform to the Customer’s order. The Customer must then send his request by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to SKYINNOV within 15 days following the delivery date. This complaint relating to the non-conformity of a product compared to its order must be accompanied by the choice of the Customer between the refund or the exchange. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. Any request for exchange by the Customer must respect the procedure defined in article 6.

5.3 In the cases referred to in this article 5, the return of products will only be accepted for products returned complete, in their original condition (original packaging, instructions, accessories). In these cases, SKYINNOV will reimburse the return shipping costs.

5.4 The user is solely responsible for the installation and use of the products.

5.5 The identifier
FR028546_052C54 attesting to the registration of the
producers of the EEE sector, in application of article L.541-10-13 of the Code
de l’Environnement has been awarded by ADEME to SKYINNOV.
This identifier attests to its compliance with its obligation
registration in the register of producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Electronics and the realization of its declarations of marketing
with ecosystem.


6.1 In accordance with the article L.121-20 and following of the Code of the Consumption the consumer has a 14 working days deadline as from the delivery date of his order, to turn over any article not agreeing to him and to ask for the exchange or the refunding without penalty (under conditions), except for the expenses of return.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original undamaged packaging. It must be accompanied by all its accessories (manuals, cords, remote controls, guarantees, etc.). Otherwise, you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

6.2 In order to optimize the conditions of return of the product(s), it is imperative that the return be approved beforehand by our Customer Service who will send a return agreement to the Customer. Approval may be denied for failure to comply with the terms of the “14-day money back” service. The return will be accepted only if the product is in perfect condition, that is to say in its original packaging, undamaged, without traces of wear and accompanied by all its accessories. Items returned by the Customer that are incomplete, damaged and/or contain traces of wear  and/or poor condition will be refused. If the product meets the above conditions, SKYINNOV may apply an unrestricted discount depending on the condition of the machine, the components and accessories sold with it, and the packaging following the customer’s use. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement. By common law, the goods travel at the risk of the Customer. SKYINNOV recommends the Customer to take all necessary insurance to cover these risks as well as all precautions for the protection of the product. The reimbursement of the Customer will be made by crediting the bank account within a maximum of 30 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised. The Customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him under the service “14 days satisfied or refunded”. 7.1 Orders are payable in cash on the day of the order for payments by credit card (CB, Mastercard, VISA). The banking information is entered on a secure server to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information provided during the banking transaction.

7.3 Payment by bank transfer is available and must be made within 5 days after the validation of the order by the Customer. In case of non-payment after this period. SKYINNOV reserves the right to cancel the order.

7.3 The order shall only be considered accepted and the shipment executed by SKYINNOV when the relevant bank payment centers have given their approval and SKYINNOV has validated the order with regard to its risk acceptance criteria.

7.4 In order to limit fraud, SKYINNOV reserves the right to accept the sale and ask the Customer to prove his identity and address. In this case, the processing of the order will be carried out as from the reception of these documents. SKYINNOV reserves the right to cancel the order in the absence of receipt of these receipts or receipt of receipts deemed non-compliant.


8.1 In the event that a problem arises with products purchased on the Site, the Customer is required to contact SKYINNOV directly by telephone or by e-mail at

8.2 All products on sale on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of the hidden defects on the sold products and the defects of conformity of the goods to the contract under the conditions envisaged in articles L.211-1 of the following of the code of the consumption and the redhibitory defects under the conditions envisaged in articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code.

8.3 Products under warranty are indicated as such on the product sheet.

8.4 The shipping costs generated by a return in guarantee of the products are the responsibility of the customer. SKYINNOV is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the customer if the item is returned in its original packaging (or in a packaging that allows its reshipment), otherwise, the customer will have to pay for the return costs. 


All texts, images, photographs, logos and textual or graphic creations reproduced and integrated on the site are protected under intellectual property and copyright law. In accordance with the provisions of the code of intellectual property, only the use for a private use is authorized. Any total or partial reproduction of the site is strictly forbidden.


10.1 The photographs on the product sheets are not contractual. The Customer must ensure the technical characteristics of the products before proceeding with the order.

10.2 SKYINNOV cannot be held responsible in case of obvious error between the characteristics of the product, its illustration and its conditions of sale.

10.3 The total or partial impossibility of using products due to hardware incompatibility shall not give rise to any compensation or reimbursement or to any liability of SKYINNOV.

10.4 Concerning the purchase on a professional basis on the site, it is recalled that SKYINNOV is not responsible for any damage that may occur as a result of the purchase of products for professional use. SKYINNOV could not be held responsible for any operating loss suffered by a professional following the use of the products or a delay in delivery.

10.5 SKYINNOV also disclaims any responsibility for the use or the use that could be made of products purchased on the Site Thus, SKYINNOV will not be held responsible in case of use of a product which could be contrary to the law.
