The drone pilot must be able to precisely control the release of trichogramma pellets to ensure effective treatment of the plots. To this end, the T-DROP is equipped with communication, visual, and electronic modules. LED lighting allows the pilot to verify that the pellets are being released (flashing) or to indicate when the hopper is empty (steady light). Additionally, the T-DROP is equipped with counters to verify the difference between the number of pellets requested and the number actually released. Finally, the T-DROP provides real-time information to the remote pilot via its onboard electronics (drop points, flight path, number of pellets dropped, etc.), facilitating post-flight reporting.
